During the past few days and weeks, VP Joe Biden has been passing out advice on how to use a shotgun–the problem is, much of what he has advised is against the law. Virginia Beach resident Trevor Snowden found this out the hard way when he fired “a shotgun through the door” and faced charges for “reckless handling of a firearm.”

The 22-year old Snowden fired through a door after seeing two masked men by a window of his residence.

He was arrested most likely because the suspected were outside of his house..had they entered and he fired..he was defending his home and family!!..I’ve seen how the law works in many instances and in particular besides civil liberties cases like his,,this law is in many states!,,our mailman wears a knit ski mask in cold weather!

Joe Biden never advised blindly shooting at a door. He advised his wide to stick the shotgun outside of her porch and fire off two rounds over their property. That is 100% legal. What this kid did is not.

  WRONG KET, when the press nailed his tail to the wall over shooting into the air, he then said to shoot through the door, the dumbass thinks a shotgun isn’t strong enough to blow through a door. and it is NOT legal to discharge a firearm into the air ANYWHERE, as the projectile be it buckshot birdshot of slug has to come down somewhere and you do NOT know where if you shoot into the air. Do NOT make statements that you don’t know the facts about. Firing a firearm in the air is FELONY RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT.

As defense attorney the FIRST person I would subpoena to the stand would be Biden. And I’d roast his arse till he screamed, “I’m taking the 5th!”
Then I’d roast him some more by telling him the 5th doesn’t apply if the 2nd doesn’t, and have a friendly judge cite him for contempt should he not respond promptly to questioning.

We can all joke about this but we all know Joe won’t suffer the loss of a dime or a moments sleep. Ironically the liberals will add this to their statistics of “bad shootings” so they can empower themselves to continue towards confiscation. Don’t laugh. Get angry. Pick up a pen or pull up your favorite word processor and tell Obama, Biden, YOUR congressman and Senator you are sick and tired of their assault on OUR Second Amendment. How about we require them to justify why they want to speak badly about us? What say we put THEIR First Amendment on trial?
