Judge Jeanine Pirro and defense attorney Robert Bianchi sounded off tonight on Hillary Clinton’s email controversy and an Associated Press lawsuit against the State Department.
Clinton claims she has handed over government-related records from her email account, but she admits that she has deleted emails she deemed “personal.” The former secretary of state says she will not hand over her server to a third party.
Today, the Associated Press sued the State Department for records from Clinton’s time as secretary of state following repeated FOIA requests that went unfulfilled.
Pirro said that there’s “no question” that Clinton violated State Department rules. Pirro told Sean Hannity that the first thing she would do as prosecutor would be to get a subpoena for Clinton’s server.
