Fast & Furious Eric Holder Attacks Trump for Corruption

By now, only the delusional will say that Eric Holder is a man of honor with no major scandals in his career.

So, when the Former Attorney General decided it would be a great idea to blast President Trump over corruption, people were quick to remind him that he was, well, Eric Holder.

Holder went on a Twitter rant reacting to Trump’s warning to fire special counsel Robert Mueller if he investigated his family’s finances.

“There is NO basis to question the integrity of Mueller or those serving with him in the special counsel’s office. And no conflicts either.”

“Trump cannot define or constrain Mueller investigation. If he tries to do so this creates issues of constitutional and criminal dimension.”

For some reason, people did not flock to agree with Holder as he had expected.

Commence the smackdown…

Looks like the public isn’t suffering from short-term memory loss (something Holder was hoping for).

As attorney general, Holder was involved with a number of scandals, proving he was one of the more corrupt AG’s in history.

Need a refresher? His actions included:

  • Being held in contempt of Congress for obstructing the investigation into the failed Operation Fast and Furious. You know, the one that ended up arming Mexican drug cartels, resulting in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry…
  • Refusing to prosecute members of the New Black Panther Party, despite the fact they were clearly engaging in voter intimidation.
  • Raking in some serious cash through the Department of Justice and distributing it to left activist groups.
  • And, refusing to prosecute former Commerce Secretary Bill Richardson, even when the pay-to-play evidence was staked a mile high.

And that was just when he was attorney general. Under the Clinton administration, Holder was the deputy attorney general. He was a key player in getting the Armed Forces for National Liberation terrorists clemency. Lovely, right?

Holder, if you have anything further to say about the alleged corruption of other people, you might want to keep your mouth shut.
