The Hillary Clinton email scandal still continues after her failed presidency run and no accusation of ‘fake news’ can help her now!
The FBI was granted subpoenas by a federal grand jury, last year, to inspect Killary’s BlackBerry devices.
Judicial Watch has just published these court orders.
Reportedly FBI counterintelligence official E.W. Priestap filed a sworn declaration stating that the above information about the subpoenas is true.
According to IJR: The subpoenas “produced no responsive materials, as the requested data was outside the retention time utilized by those providers,” stated Priestap, who supervised the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s potential mishandling of classified information as secretary of state.
If you don’t remember what Hillary did that warrants such actions here is a refresher: during her service as Secretary of State under the Obama Admin. Clinton used private email servers, which were connected to her personal BlackBerries, to send and receive CLASSIFIED information and business emails.
What’s really interesting about this story?
Priestap is the first official to state that a federal grand jury was convened in the investigation of Hillary’s emails.
Previous reports claimed that a grand jury was never used in the investigation, which begs the question why are we just learning about this now?
FBI Director Comey announced on July 5th of last year that he would ‘not recommend’ charging Clinton with the mishandling of classified content.
The watchdog group filed multiple lawsuits against the State Department and other agencies to gain access for records about Clinton’s emails.
Here is what Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch’s president, had to say:
“The FBI convened a grand jury to investigate Hillary Clinton in 2016. Why is this information being released only now?” Fitton asked in a statement. “And it is disturbing that the State Department, Justice Department and FBI are still trying to protect Hillary Clinton. President Trump needs to clean house at all these agencies.”
