Liberals love to hate on Trump. Everyone knows this. It’s not a secret.
Well, here is the latest in their hatred. And it will leave you scratching your head, wondering where in the world do they come up with this stuff.
Democratic Rep. Mark DeSaulnier recently told an 11-year-old girl at a middle school in California that President Trump is more dangerous than terrorists.
The people that strap bombs to their chests to blow everyone up. The people that take trucks and run others over in the streets. Those people who take sex slaves, rape young children, burn people alive.
Yeah, Trump is worse than them.
While speaking at a town hall at Stanley Middle School in Lafayette, Calif., DeSaulnier opened the floor up to a Q&A. The final question was from Eden, an 11-year-old girl.
“My name is Eden, and I’m 11 years old. My mom is worried about my future with President Trump. On election night, my mom cried. Kids at my school are worrying about being deported. I’ve read and heard awful things about him. Should I be worried about my future? As a kid, what can I do about it?”
This kid already doesn’t have the best impression on the President. As a child, she is confused and scared. With the way people are acting around her, that’s understandable.
Instead of telling her that we live in a country where Trump will not be president forever (he’s liberal, he’s not going to say anything positive about Trump), that the Democrats will do everything they can, he just adds to her fear.
Wow, you’re just great with kids, aren’t you DeSaulnier?
DeSaulnier answer to her question?
“From the mouths of babes. I think you should be concerned. This is dangerous stuff. I’ve said a few times, the most dangerous person in America isn’t a terrorist, it’s the person who’s president of the United States. So Eden, you’ve got to read, you have to be thoughtful, and you have to be engaged.”
DeSaulnier continued by saying American democracy is the “epitome of human evolution.”
“If we don’t participate for ourselves, but more importantly if we don’t participate for Eden and for future generations … People died for this. People have come from all over the world — I’m getting a little emotional — for this. American democracy is not some trite thing. It’s the epitome of human evolution in my view.”
A week later, East Bay Times caught up with Eden and her mother for a comment.
“Since I was a baby, I’ve done everything in politics with my mom,” Eden said.
This does include protesting Trump at her school.
This girl has a lot of good in her. The Daily Caller reported that Eden volunteers at her local temple.
Hopefully this young girl will do a little research on her own. Hopefully she will realize what DeSaulnier said was dead wrong. Then she can start making a difference for the better.
