After Oprah’s “presidential” speech she gave Sunday night at the Golden Globe Awards, it was announced that Winfery is “actively considering” a run against President Donald Trump in 2020.
CNN’s Brian Stelter reported on it:

Stelter received his information from a few of Winfery’s closest friends. This coming just after her longtime love interest, Stedman Graham, spilled the beans to the LA Times, saying she “would absolutely” launch a campaign.
“It’s up to the people,” Stedman Graham told The Times. “She would absolutely do it.”
Gayle King, Winfrey’s best buddy, echoed Graham’s sentiments: “I thought that speech was incredible. I got goosebumps,” she also told The Times.
Eva Longoria and Keith Urban shared a table at the ceremony and gushed over Winfrey’s remarks.
“That speech!” Longoria said.
“It was more of an exultation,” Urban replied.
In the past Winfrey has campaigned for President Barack Obama and endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016. So clearly she will be running on the Liberal ticket should she go for it in 2020. She is worth about $2.8 billion; finding funding for her campaign won’t be a problem.
The interesting thing about this whole scenario is that Trump has said nothing but praises about Oprah in the past:

By the way, where is @Oprah? Good question. 4 years ago she strongly supported Obama–now she is silent. Anyway, who cares, I adore Oprah.

He has remained silent on all of this so far.
