Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has said their relationship with the US has badly deteriorated since Donald Trump was sworn in.
“One could say that the level of trust on a working level, especially on the military level, has not improved, but rather has deteriorated.”
When asked about the chemical attacks in Idlib province, Putin claimed Damascus had given up its chemical weapons.
Then he offered two main explanations for the attack.
One was that Assad’s army may have hit rebel chemical weapons stocks, releasing the poisonous gas.
The second speculation is more shocking. Putin hypothesized that the incident was a set-up designed to discredit the Assad.
These comments come after Putin claimed the US is preparing airstrikes on the Syrian capital.
Just to pin the blame on Bashar-al Assad’s forces.
He also said that the US is planning to FAKE a chemicals weapons attacks!
Putin has thus far insisted Russia would tolerate Trump’s criticism of its role in Syria but hopes that he lightens up soon.
These comments are coming also after Tillerson, Trump’s Secretary of State, had scheduled meetings with the Kremlin.

Seems like Putin is still a little butt-hurt from Trump’s comments and actions.
