True. Ted Cruz is on the verge of being mathematically eliminated from being able to win the GOP Presidential Nomination through the voting process – Pre-Convention. His only hope is to create a contested convention scenario where he can blow up the Republican Party and walk away with the Nomination on a 2nd ballot or more. That’s it.
In modern American Political History, candidates end their campaign when mathematically eliminated. If they don’t, they are considered gadfly spoilers.
