Move aside Obama, we don’t have time for apologies here!
In a 30-minute speech at Riyadh with 50 leaders of the Muslim world present, President Trump delivered some truth bombs.
Something we all know Obama could never do.
“Our goal is a coalition of nations who share the aim of stamping out extremism and providing our children a hopeful future that does honor to God…America is prepared to stand with you – in pursuit of shared interests and common security.
“This is not a battle between different faiths, different sects, or different civilizations.”
While Obama always tried to separate Islam form Islamic terror via censorship, Trump didn’t bother with tip-toeing around. He did it by saying terrorists are barbaric criminals who destroy and kill innocent people in the name of religion.
Does that mean moderate (non-Sharia) Muslims that love freedom are terrorists? Nope, Trump did a pretty good job differentiating the two, and showed support for the good side at the same time.
But he didn’t stop there. He called on all peace-loving Muslims to drive out the terrorists and drive out the extremists from their places of worship, their communities, and their Holy Land. (This is at the 17-minute mark in the video.)
And guess what; the Arab News supported him!
Trump began his speech remarking on the “incredible hospitality” he had received in Saudi Arabia. He said that he expects the visit to herald “a new chapter that will bring lasting benefits to all our citizens.”
He said that Arab and Muslim nations had been impacted the most by global terrorism.
“It is a tragedy of epic proportions,” he said.
Though, we are sure liberals will lose their minds when they hear the truth bombs Trump unapologetically dropped.
“This is a battle between barbaric criminals who seek to obliterate human life, and decent people,” he said.
“This is a battle between good and evil… We can only overcome this evil if the forces of good are united and strong.
“Terrorism has spread across the world. But the path to peace begins right here, on this ancient soil, in this sacred land.”
Trump also leveled critism [sic] against Iran which he said had flamed the fires of sectarian violence from “Lebanon to Iraq, to Yemen.”
He said that nations need to work together to “isolate” Iran. “The Iranian regime’s longest suffering victims are the Iranian people,” Trump said.
