Watch: Thug Couple Beats Restaurant Owner and Her Daughter Over ‘Cold Chicken’

If you’ve ever worked in the food industry, you know mistakes sometimes happen. You are polite and try to fix the problem quickly but the sad truth is, there is no pleasing some people. Usually, they just won’t tip you. If it’s really bad, they’ll complain to your manager.

But they should NEVER do this to you!

Police are on the hunt for a couple who beat a restaurant owner and her 15-year-old daughter because they were unhappy with their order.

At a Qwik Chick takeout stand next to U.S. Highway 1 in Baxley, Georgia, Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha M. Smith became upset when they said their chicken was cold and they didn’t have enough fries.

The owner Jeanette Norris said she refunded the couple’s money but they went “berserk” anyway and began beating on the store’s windows.

She walked outside to tell the couple the police were on the way and then Latasha rushed at the woman and started punching her.

Norris, goes out of the camera’s view and Latasha is leaving when Norris’ 15-year-old daughter comes up to help her mom. Nathaniel promptly deals a blow right in her face, strong enough to send the girl flying backwards. Then the couple leaves.

Other customers rush over to check on the girl.

‘One of my employees yelled, ”He’s got her,” and that’s when I realized he had hit her,”‘ Norris told the outlet. Who does that? Who punches a child like she’s a grown man standing there? He needs putting in jail.’

The pair were left with two black eyes. The mother suffered a broken nose, her daughter had a concussion.

Chief James Godfrey of the Baxley Police Department said he hadn’t seen anything like this in his 41 years on the force. ‘That’s just pure brutality,’ he said.

Police said the couple left in a cream or silver-colored 2007 Cadillac Escalade with tag number REU8495 but they do have access to a silver 2004 Cadillac Deville 4s with Georgia tag number PVK5483, and a green 1996 Cadillac Deville 4s with Georgia tag number BXQ1673.

The warrants for the pair are for aggravated battery and cruelty to children.
