20 Time Deported Illegal Immigrant is Convicted of Horrendous Crimes — Sanctuary State Protected Him

Jose Martinez, a 31yr-old Mexican national, has been deported from the United States 20 times and has a known record for breaking our laws.

Recently, the illegal immigrant was convicted of sexual assault, sodomy and kidnapping charges in an Oregon court room on Friday. The crimes were committed against two women, one being a senior citizen.

Interesting thing is that Martinez was released from jail just a week before he committed the crimes; even though Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requested him to held so they could take him into custody.

He was initially arrested for interfering with police and giving a fake birth date, reports Fox News.

Sheriff Michael Reese revealed that the jail could not legally hold the perp on the federal agency’s “immigration detainer” request.

“He was released consistent with the orders of the court. No federal or state criminal warrants were present at the time he left our custody,” said Reese.

The Sheriff emphasized that Martinez was deported before but “has returned to commit additional crimes.”

“It would help our community to understand how he was held accountable by federal authorities for multiple, illegal re-entries” said the Sheriff.

KOIN-TV news reported Martinez showed no remorse during the trial and would “often grin” when his victims gave their testimony in the courtroom.

“Sergio, no sentencing is enough. I rather you rot in hell,” said a victim’s brother.

“See all you guys in hell,” Martinez said to his victims while leaving the courtroom.
