6 SHOT on Easter Weekend — Media Doesn’t Want You to Know…

It seems like this past Easter weekend was a deadly one.

We had the Facebook live killer, now it’s being reported a church in Birmingham, AL — a city with 75% black population — was shot up.

Earlier this year Dylann Roof was convicted to seven life sentences after he shot up a church. This monster really deserved the death penalty.

His shooting was politicized to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina’s state capitol. Due to his obsession with Confederate history, politicians and the media said this flag incited violent racism and was ‘hate-inducing’ material.

The media couldn’t get enough of this story. It was like a gift to them. White racist shoots up black church… they had a field day.

But come this past Easter weekend we hardly hear a peep from the MSM about the mass shooting at Cathedral of the Cross A.O.H. Church of God in Birmingham, AL; an all black church.

Local news reported:

“Search underway for carnival shooting suspect; victim toll at 6

Jefferson County Sheriff’s investigators are currently looking for a teenager who they believe fired the shots that injured several people at a carnival Saturday night.

Investigators now say six young people — five teenagers and a baby — were injured by gunfire Saturday night at a festival at Cathedral of the Cross A.O.H. Church of God off Center Point Parkway.

Deputies said four people were reported at the scene with gunshot wounds. Another two people were later discovered to have been driven to a hospital in a private car with minor gunshot wound injuries.

Four of the victims, including the one-year-old, were struck by single shots in the leg, one was struck in the elbow, and one grazed in the shoulder. The teenaged victims ranged in ages from 16 to 18.”

Three teenagers and a baby were shot. One pregnant woman was hospitalized for injuries. The only description of the shooter was that he is a ‘teenager’.

Reportedly the shooting occurred after an argument broke out.

This incident was another black-on-black crime, whether the news wishes to report that fact or not.

Why they’re not making it an issue is beyond comprehension.

All mass shootings should be viewed as equally abhorrent. No matter the race.

If anything this incident should be used as a platform to solve gang-violence, possession of illegal weapons (most likely the case since the suspect is hardly old enough to have one legally) and self-defense.

The great gate-keepers of the news cycle need to wake up and realize their silence is causing problems in our local communities.
