A Michigan teen walked 57 miles with his 8-year-old brother on his back to raise awareness for cerebral palsy.

Hunter Gandee, 15, completed the three-day, second annual Cerebral Palsy Swagger walk Sunday.

Hunter said he planned the walk after his mother had a dream last year that he carried his 8-year-old brother Braden on his back to raise awareness for cerebral palsy, which Braden suffers from.
