Crossfit & Pregers: Pregnant Momma Lifts 215lbs 40 Weeks Pregnant

Crossfit enthusiast continues her extreme workout condition throughout her pregnancy, with her husband supporting her decision wholeheartedly.  The couple had been doing crossfit for two years before the pregnancy and she was eager to continue.  With the doctor’s approval and numerous safety measures she kept her training regimen going and even started a blog, Crossfit and Pregnant.
