His name is Bosch Fawstin, and he was the winner of the contest held last weekend in Garland, Tx., for which people were invited to draw images of the Muslim Prophet Muhammad. The event that many on the left, and even some critics on the right, claim unnecessarily provoked retaliatory anger among radical Islamists was targeted by a pair of gun-wielding jihadists who were taken down by police before they could kill anyone.

But there was a “killing” of sorts suffered by one of the prominent event attendees — Facebook killed the page of the contest winner himself, apparently in response to complaints about the Muhammad cartoon Bosch Fawstin had drawn and posted. After a few hours of absence, says a report on InfoWars, the artist’s page was restored, thanks to numerous complaints from people upset with the deletion of content some had flagged as “offensive.”
