HEROIC HUSBAND: Man Dies Trying to Protect his Wife Fighting Off 3 Robbers on his Yacht

A new picture has emerged of the yacht on which a British sailor was stabbed to death while protecting his wife from armed robbers in the Caribbean.

Roger Pratt, 62, tried to fight off three men who boarded their £200,000 craft at a marina in Saint Lucia, but was beaten and knifed several times.

The 41ft yacht, Magnetic Attraction, was seen moored up next to a police boat yesterday as officers continued to question three men in connection with the incident.

An image has also surfaced of a rowing boat called Nobody Knows which the robbers reportedly used to approach and board the yacht.

After the attack, the men fled in the couple’s dinghy after apparently throwing Mr Pratt’s body overboard.

His wife Margaret found him floating in the water a few minutes after the attack on Friday night.

The couple had been on a year-long ocean trip around the world to celebrate Mrs Pratt’s 60th birthday.
