Isn’t That Special: Colorado Governor Defends Ammunition Limit

hickenlooper_small1DENVER – Gov. John Hickenlooper is telling a federal court that the gun-control package he signed earlier this year should remain in effect.

In a Monday court filing, Hickenlooper asked a federal judge to allow a limit on ammunition magazines to go into effect as interpreted by the attorney general.

Gun advocates say the law is broader than the attorney general’s interpretation and should be struck down.
