JUMPED THE FENCE: A Second Attempted Breach to the White House Occurred

Once again, someone was able to jump the fence and reach the front door of the White House. Imagine if that was a suicide bomber. This should never happen again.

WASHINGTON – Two attempted breaches were stopped at the White House late Sunday night and Monday morning.
The first happened on Sunday night around 11:30 p.m. when a man jumped over a bike rack near the southwest corner of the White House. He was arrested and charged with unlawful entry.

As a result of this, the White House was on lockdown for about 30 minutes.

On Monday at around 6:45 a.m., a man tried to walk into a pedestrian entrance as construction workers were leaving.
