STANDING-O FOR COSBY: Bill’s First Performance Since Rape Allegations Gets a Thunderous Applause

Looks like Bill’s fan base is loyal to the end.

Bill Cosby made his first public appearance since several woman came forward earlier this month to say they were drugged and raped by the entertainer.

The 77-year-old TV icon carried off his well- scripted performance in front of a tame audience in the Bahamas but was treated to rapturous applause.

The show was also a benefit for a professional women’s service organization called The Links, a non-profit which raises money for African-Americans in youth projects, the arts and health services.

This as actress Louisa Moritz became the latest woman to come forward and accuse Cosby of sexual assault, saying he once forced her into oral sex and implied he would further her career if she went through with it.

Moritz, 68, says she was backstage at The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in 1971 when Cosby stuck his penis in her mouth.

The One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest actress told TMZ, ‘He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth, saying, “have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways.”‘

Cosby then left the room and said, ‘Now you don’t want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?’

Moritz says she now plans on filing a civil suit.

As for Thursday, Cosby failed to make an appearance at the after show reception held in his honor following his show, which his wife Camille attended instead.
