As 2017 comes to an end and President Trump’s continued success in office, the liberal agenda to force gun control is bound to find new momentum for their ’cause’. In order to combat their efforts, us freedom loving, gun totting, MAGA winning, Americans need to be informed on the issues at hand.
The best defense for our gun rights is showing that people are utilizing them on a regular basis. Proving there are more lives being saved, than taken away by criminals, terrorists, or the mentally insane.
This list is just a brief example of the hundreds of thousands of defensive gun uses (DGUs) that occur each year. If you want a thorough example, check out the academic work of Florida State University’s Gary Kleck; a great resource to show the various locations and circumstances law-abiding citizens used a gun to protect their life or that of another.
