Police are searching for a suspect in an early morning stabbing at a Tufts University fraternity house that sent two people to the hospital.

Tufts spokeswoman Kim Thurler says the stabbing occurred on Sunday at the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house on Professors Row, a street that runs through the Boston-area campus.

Tufts officials had asked students to seek shelter and lock their doors around 5 a.m. Sunday while police responded to reports of an assault.
